Seems related: I am similarly experiencing a store error when trying to purchase Multiplicity 4. I can see there's stuff in my cart, but clicking on it yields an error.
I know it says to contact them, but their support is all geared towards disputes and existing orders, not hunting gremlins. Also, that's my purse, I don't know them.
