Looking for On‑Demand Rule Execution

"Keep rules applied at all times" pulls my screenshots (among other files) into a Fence before I can work on them, so I keep the feature off. I need new files to stay visible, and on the Desktop, until I’m done.

Is there any way to manually apply rules on demand, whether by CLI, a hotkey, or a context‑menu action?

If this isn’t available, please consider this a feature request.
