All my files are .CursorFX
I made sure the Mouse Pointer and touch was set to 1.
I did the Clean Boot, and even with nothing else running (except for Norton Antivirus, which I could not disable), the same problem occurred, although maybe a little less often. It's easy to test for the issue, because it happens most often when I move the cursor over a link in an e-mail; it ALWAYS changes from the FX cursor to the white MS hand.
It seems I'll have to live with this, or give up on FX. Don't know what changed, because it didn't used to do this.
