Hey everyone,
I've been using Fences for years without any problems, but something weird started happening recently and I can't figure it out.
The Issue: When I click on any icon in a named fence (Applications, Audio, Video, etc.), instead of launching the program, the icon just moves itself to my "Unsorted" fence, every single time. The only way I can actually launch anything is to have it in the unsorted fence, which obviously defeats the whole purpose of using Fences.
UPDATE: Now it's getting worse. Some applications are actually launching when I click them, but the icons are still moving themselves to the unsorted fence. And when I try to drag and drop an icon back to where it belongs, about 80% of all the other icons in my fences just disappear completely. This has become completely unusable.
Video showing the problem:
What I've tried:

Uninstalled and reinstalled Fences completely
Fresh install of version 4
Multiple restarts
Saving and restoring my desktop layout (layout saves/restores fine, problem still happens)
System info:

Windows 10, fully updated
Fences 4 (just reinstalled)
Everything else on my system is working normally, the fences display correctly, I can move icons around manually, resize fences, add fences and layouts save/restore properly. It's only when I try to click an icon in a named fence that it triggers this weird behavior.
Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated here. I have a total of 17 licenses (see attached image) between Fences 2, Fences 3, Fences 4, and Fences Pro. I've never run into any issue like this in all those years. But now that I'm having this problem, me and all of my users who have Fences installed are left hanging at the mercy of a support forum, not a support desk. I was actually looking at purchasing Multiplicity 4, but if this is the level of support I can expect when things go wrong, I'd rather look at other options that offer actual technical support.
Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas what might be causing it?
Any assistance would be GREAT. Getting a little desperate at this point!! Thanks in advance for any help!
