Installation has apostrophe caused that issue which has been addressed before.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can't reproduce your issue on my system. Maybe I am just using different display language or keyboard layout. Or you're using custom keyboard assist.

This is my Language and keyboard layout setting.
