so much sadness from this virus....it's unimaginable....
Yeah, this has to be the worst health crisis since the Spanish flu of 1918 through 1920.... and one has to wonder when it will end when there's talk of recovered victims becoming reinfected. Hopefully that's just residual strands and are non-contagious, etc.
As for we here in Tassie, we're safe and keeping well. There have been new cases of Corona virus in the North-West of the state but that's not near us. I haven't been out of the house in 6 weeks to 8 weeks more because of the Corona virus, but it's something I've had to get used to over the years and it doesn't bother me any. Both Steve and Shaunna are also well and coping okay with this lockdown, though Steve does go out to get our groceries and whatever other items we may need.
The other thing is that Shaunna purchased a second-hand mobility scooter. Although her leg is healing quite nicely, she likely won't be fully mobile for a while yet, and then there's the lymphadema, which at times can cause mobility issues for her. Anyway, it's a good thing to have here for me as well, for when I need to get from A to B and beyond when I'm not all that mobile.
Anyhow people, stay safe and well, okay.
