Some WB's don't change color and using modify in Windowblind does nothing. However skins that change color you can change the Explorer windows using WindowBlind but the Startmenu search area will now change. I don't have Nightshane WB so can't try it to see if it modify colors works or not.
The best solution is to open the WB in SKS. Go down to "Backgrounds"/Edit Explorer background bitmaps/Explorer backgrounds/Active window. Click on "Edit image" and it will open the image in whatever graphic program you use.
Change the color and save as a .png image to your folder. Back to SKS and where you clicked to edit image a couple spots over you will see an arrow. Click that and click "import" Explorer will open. Go find the folder or place you put the image you made. double click your image and it will add it to the location. Click apply skin.
Note: this changes the color of the Explorer window, search area and search area for the startmenu. In some cases you may have to close the Explorer window after you apply and open it again to see color change.
Remember: you can change another skin but it isn't your WB so you can't upload as it's for your personal use only.
