I ran this program to uninstall. When I started, it said if I am told to shut down, not to do it. I got the message that the uninstall was successful and it told me to shut down. See second sentence in this paragraph. As instructed I did not shut down. Now I only have a black screen. So which is correct? Do I shut down or not???

I am stuck with a black screen but when I tried activating originally, I did not have any browser open. I copied the product key onto a notepad so I would not have to keep looking for the email with the key. I never got the screen to actually put any thing in. Once I click on an item in the choice screen it just disappears.
