I just purchased a WB but didn't realize Ashampoo was still in my cart. I had considered and rejected it a short time ago. I have not downloaded the software, can I get a refund?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
WB was not part of that recent order but I did refund the AS products. That left a skin in the order as the lone purchase for that order.
