@ZubaZ it is definely related since I took the fences update, restarted because of the fences update and my windows installation got corrupted and couldn't boot. Maybe I wasn't clear enough or too apologetic but I'm sure it was fences update that somehow messed my windows installation and corrupted system.
Just for the record. My best friend's aunt just got the latest June Windows update. After which she was told to reboot. Her PC won't boot now either. And she has zero Stardock on her PC.
In my opinion, it's a Windows problem, not a Fences problem.
