Just open "change skin fonts" Click on the font you want to change on the left side. The font name will now show on the right side. Place your cursor to the right of the last letter you want to delete and click backspace. Or highlight what you don't want and hit "delete on the keyboard. I'm sure you know how to do any of that.
You can also re-name what ever you want, if you want.
That will work on fonts you have added Dave, but it will not work on System Fonts. You can edit the information on the right and it will change as you type, but when you click off of it, itgoes back to what was there before.
In answer to the initial question though, you cannot remove the fonts from within SKS itself. The only way to remove fonts is to really know what you are doing and manually make your changes in the skins .uis file in NotePad.
