Stardock support tickets are replied to on a first come, first served basis.
Depending on the volume of tickets it could take a couple of days to have a reply from a tech support person.
This time can be longer if a support request is made during the weekend or during holidays.
Please note: After receiving the auto-generated ticket number you should not email again until hearing from a live tech support as this will reset your position in the support queue which will extend the time to get your ticket looked at. If you have not seen this ticket, look in your account linked email's 'spam' folder.
