I would advise RyanExpress of other options (if only for future reference):

or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you choose either of those options, you will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for a response. You will receive an email to the account linked to your Stardock account. Keep it as it has your ticket number. Don't answer it, and don't write again until you get a response from an actual Support person as it will kick your request to the end of the queue.
Hopefully, the third option - a Support person will cruise by and probably give you the same advice that Fuzzy Logic did.
