"it's just ten seconds, so it's fair use because i say so" completely ignores that the most important criteria for fair use is purpose/context.
please resist to use the "it's art, everything a person creates is art" argument. it's as much art as this forum post is literature and as much art as getting out of bed is sports.
it's lame as fcuk and you know it. after all you wouldn't allow the same junk in the wallpaper category.
anyways, this has zero impact on my life, so no hard feelings. 
besides that there's not really a need to be concerned about the presence of skins on the front page. that part of the site is eliminated by adblockers anyways.
