Quoting cordelia0507, reply 20 many of them removed In my opinion,It's a shame you didn't go with them.
Quoting cordelia0507, reply 20you should have read the fine print"You should have read, Period. You claimed you had no time for that. Strange that you seem to have plenty of time to complain and make accusations though.
There has been plenty of value and functionality in ODNT since November, even for Win 8 adopters. Stardock introduced some great enhancements for the new OS. Just because you didn't get the one thing you wanted, all the rest meant nothing to you. Now you finally get what you were demanding at the time, WindowBlinds for Windows 8 and yet, you still find reason to be a malcontent. No train here, but the waaamubulance is waiting.
Ok, right.
That's exactly what I would say if I was a paid Stardock evangelist. A lot of people here speak that way. Normal people who are not paid evangelists would ignore a rant, or agreed, As countless regular (non-groupies/evangelists) did.
It seems to be a complete shock to everyone here that normal consumers get angry if they feel they are not getting what they paid for, and not getting good customer service.I normally don't whinge about stuff I but my experience with Stardock has been on a downhill slope since my initial good experience back in 2006 or about then.
I'm having constant license trouble with Stardock products, and then the 8 month wait for a beta version of Windowblinds with no offer for a refund after I politely raised my complaints. Since Stardock obviously doesn't care much about keeping me as a customer I won't be troubling it with my tiresome business once my subscription expires.
