Hi folks!   I bought Windowblinds, IP, & Magic suite. Do I have to wait fer 1 day to get the WB & IP? Please let me know. Thanx.   I dont which topic to put this on. Forgive me.

You should have access to your stuff almost immediately after purchase Chickie. Try logging in at the store and see if they are there: https://store.stardock.com/login .

 

Or even better yet, download and install Stardock Central: https://www.stardock.com/stardockcentral/ .

 

If you cannot get your stuff, best to write support@stardock.com and wait for a reply.

Thanx, LS!   I got WB & IP now. I updated my account.  I bought WB, IP & etc during 2005.   WB & IP are updated.

One more thing - I renewed Wincustomize subscription. Im still the "past customer." I tried everything. It doesnt work. Please help me again.

No. I subscribed with my old yahoo email. i have a new email for renewing.

That is why you are seeing ads. You can contact support@stardock.com and get them merged or updated, or log in with the renewal addy. BTW, if you haven't checked out DeskScapes, you should. Along with WB's it's a must have, imho. You may want to consider getting ODNT instead of the stand-alone programs as it is chock full of goodness. You should get a upgrade discount. (but don't quote me on that, I have been wrong before, just not very often.)

That is what she is doing, it won't show her renewal however. It will be under her other email address. Been there, done that with both my SD account and my WC sub.

I can download those wonderful WB skins & icons & etc!!!!   Thanx fer helping me!!!  It depends what much dough I have. Having the WHOLE set sounds great! I started WB & icons first.

You're welcome Chickie. I started my Stardock addiction with Objectdock, then WindowBlinds, then it was too late.... I was hopelessly hooked and had to have more!. I moved on to the whole ODNT package and never looked back.
