deathw: After looking at your support ticket and the orders, I'm not sure why you think you need to order again. Both orders went through and were processed. Serial numbers were issued, and are currently associated with the email addresses used, which you can access from here:

I understand your frustration, and we're looking at different ways of handling the issue. Right now, the process is, if the order is pending, it goes into a queue here for manual processing. This usually happens first thing in the morning, and throughout our office hours. Once it's processed, you should be sent an email receipt, but it sounds like you never received those emails. It may have been snagged by a spam filter somewhere, I'm not sure what happened with them, but I do apologize for the trouble.
