Is anyone else kept up to speed on what's going on other than by visiting the site and should that possibly be a priority for good customer service...for ALL?
Baby steps, right?
Users that follow teh site will be informed of updates through the site. Those that don't, won't for the moment. But . . they have a working app, right? All is well.
If there is some update that is critical, SD has the means to send out a mass mail and will.
Again, not the last iteration of the system we want, but a good interim system.
