This one's an old favorite I first got back in 07. Found it here. http://wallbase.net/wallpaper/1803 It was done by Vlad. I think it might still be in the gallery.

WindowBlind is SD7 by Vad-M as is the launchbar. Gee I miss his work being posted here.

Wallpaper is from the new Stardock theme, Ironworks.

The date and time are Simple Date and Simple Time DesktopX items. 

The weather is a standard ObjectDock weather docklet with a transparant background.

I have then positioned the date/time/weather over the glass port thingie on the wallpaper.

Oh yes, and the meters on the Taskbar were mentioned in a Forum a few weeks ago. I forget now where I got them but someone will probably remember. Maybe http://www.thewindowsclub.com/ ?
