3rd submission with no success !

Admin help requested !

Hi, well, I've created a new profile and my e-mail address is correct now. Yesterday I uploaded my first dream for the third time but today when I click on my profile it just disappeared again and still no explanations and no e-mails in my box !

The dream I uploaded was 12mb Full HD, 8 seconds long with a good loop made with adobe soft, and the shot was taken by me and no one else. I used a print screen preview, a 1.7mb swf video preview, so please someone explain why my upload keeps being deleted with no warning ?

I'd bet it's in the queue for Moderation. I'd suggest you contact the Moderator for Deskscapes by PM (Jafo, Hankers and Erk (haven't seen him around in a while - hope he's ok)).

Just click on Forums and search Jafo or Hankers and when you find one click above his avatar and choose Private Message (PM).

Make sure the Dream you uploaded followed the guidelines for submission HERE.

  I emailed you why your first submission was rejected if you'd have bothered to look.  I highlight the reason in blue so one can easily see why.  Your second and third attempt , the second was exiled and the third was approved.  Making posts like this doesn more damage than good.  If you have questions why something wasn't approved, read the reason on the rejection email and then email the mod if you still don't understand.

Hi WOM... Maybe your email was filtered/went into his spam folder.

ZonWernor - It's probably a good idea to check your email spam folder once a day just to make sure those programs that have "a mind of their own" aren't misassigning your emails.

Hey, thx

I'm sorry you take it that way WOM, I always check my mails (and spam folders) but as Neil says my old username had a really really old mail address that doesn't even exists anymore and that's why I wasn't able to read your e-mail. So i just made a change on my old username cause it was impossible to have my e-mail changed in the options, and then created a new profile and finally uploaded the dream for the third time

Just too bad I didn't realized that it was an old e-mail address sooner, so please excuse me for all this !

Was the first rejection because of the file size ?

Anyway, I'm sure to receive any e-mail now, I just hope to post more dreams you'll like

 You just happened to catch  it, as this wasn't/isn't the first thread of this kind and I hadn't had enough coffee yet.  I take the time to email everyone I reject and why so it caught me in a bad mood.  Glad ya got your email fixed and sorry it had to be you.
