Logons Not Working (SOLVED)

They just won't apply.....

Help!!  I just got a Toshiba Satellite L505-ES5011. It won't allow me to use a logon. I have verified that LogonStudioVista is installed correctly.

It seems to apply, there is no error message, it just don't apply.

 

Windows 7 64 Bit.

I just think it would have been nice if you had researched first, then the developers here could spend their time helping those who actually need it, like WebCosmos, or whoever he is.
