Ok guys, not impressed with this software at all. Here's why:
1) Tried shareware, liked it purchased it
2) No clear instructions on what to do after purchase/found out had to download something else (Impulse) that puts a load of gaming crap on my PC which I'm not interested in. Ok, activated.
3) Only one skin? Downloaded lots more, still only showing one skin.
4) Uninstalled and re-installed
5) Which means re-activating and rebooting
6) Now shows more skins, but says I'm not registered.
7) Registered app again with impulse
8) Blinds still says unregistered
9) Did software update
10) Another reboot
11) Now software is registered, I have more than one skin showing, but any skin chosen gives a wooden texture in the window backgrounds.
12) Clicked no textures
13) Stuck with a vista skin and a wooden tiled background (vile)
Now come on, it shouldn't be this messy or buggy after I've handed over cash for a product.
Why should I have to search through forums to fix what shouldn't be broken? Why should I have to look for how to register, let alone download something so I can register. And now I find out the license is only for a year.
Let's hear your responses, and I'm not far short of writing a damning review of this software for a major PC magazine. It acts like spyware (impulse etc). And a yearly fee for skinning windows ? come on..
