Annoying Transparency Pixel Crap!

I'm about to uninstall windowblinds because of this crap. I want to get rid of the annoying Pixel stuff you see circled in this screenshot

Please Help!

Looks like the skin has a bug that would need to be corrected by the author. Does it happen with any other skins?

Would be nice if people posted in a more respectful manner when asking for help.

Open WB config, go to transparency and blur section, click reset defaults then re-apply.

If that doesnt fix it, its the skin's fault.
