Let me address the issue about promotions.
We have over 3 million registered users on WinCustomize. We also have about 6 active moderators. Promotions are not done by computer or software, they are done by the recommendations of mods. Unfortunately, we do miss people that should be moving up in the ranks, however, it's just one of things that occurs.
We don't mind getting a PM if you feel you have been mistakenly overlooked, but don't assume that just because you mention it you will automatically be promoted.
