Tim...a couple of things...I respect you and respect the work you do. My lady and I went on a cruise to Alaska (don't say anything, starkers) and got to know our waiter, maitre d', all the pople we could who made our little cruise an absolutely wonderful experience.
I wish it had been on your ship. She looks like a beauty. Wish I knew her name. I would really have enjoyed meeting you....and, btw, I was a waiter in a bar...not the same, but since I did the best job I could being a waiter, I figure you do also....and the prestige? A load of hooey. Honor is the gift you give yourself...a title doesn't do that. I served as a Doctor in the Israeli Navy so, we share a certain experience there, as well...time away from loved ones while at sea. Not always a pleasant, sun soaked cruise.
I see what your art looks like, and I read about how you love your children and wife. And I like it all, my friend.
