I figure you have to be a GREAT community member. This must have taken a lot...courage and need to be understood...along with an enviable honesty.

Would Dragonspeak help you to dictate posts and maybe someone in the community can suggest voice driven software that can help with automated tasks?

Major courage CY....I salute people with your kind of courage. 

A good community member is based on more than just the time spent in the forums or how much they have downloaded or uploaded.There are many members who are not in the forums very often for one reason or another. There are others(my group,lol) who couldn't skin their way out of a paper bag.There are also those who just can't afford to be subscribers to the site. Each and every one is still a valued community member.

To put it simply,if you feel like you are part of the community and enjoy coming here to WC,you are a good member,imo. Even if you only  come to read the posts of others or ask for help  you are using the site for a good purpose. How often someone is able to do this is irrelevent.

As Doc said,your courage and honesty is quite commendable. That alone is enough to make you a great community member and I wish you all the best now and in the future.

Don't get me wrong in this... But we hope that all of our members here are participants and not just those who would come and go. Not being heard of and such. We as a community want to hear from our members in all ways. Which ever it may be. Good or bad and /or that of a good member or even that of a bad one. We are not here to judge people. But hear to get along with everyone and have a goodtime. Which we do and in so we help each other and try to make other feel wanted at this community.

You fit and that makes you as good as anyone else. We care for all of our members as best we can. We can only do what we know of even so. For like I said we do not know anything till people get involved and participate with the community. The forums are one place to start things. But this is more than just that "It is the Windows Customization Community" also. Posting works of art is a way of expression of what you like in art and/or can do with art. Artist everywhere come here and look at your artworks and those of this community to see what they may have ideas for or that they can get ideas for. With Stardock programs and those of many other art programs the world has to offer. We here at this art community strive to impress others with our designs for art.

You are part of that and so is the many other people that come to this site and participate in this community. So in all "all things work together for the total out come of this art community. Being part of it and doing things to add to it is your part to just that. Making it a better place for youself and those that come here.

DrJBHL - I must admit I have not thought about speech recognition software, funds are a bit short at the moment, but definately something to save for.

Webgizmos - No one has said anything, it is just me wishing I could have more input to this great site & what people might think.

Jafo - I do realize that I am not alone in this Community with a problem, it was something I meant to put in my post, there are probably more members here than you would imagine, people with serious conditions tend not to advertise the fact. One thing I learnt on my long journey to diagnose my problem, ( it took two years) was how lucky I was to be as well as I am.

I am bringing this post to the top again, to let you know, thanks to the Doc's suggestion, I am now the proud owner of speech recognition software. With the help of my family, I have been able to buy Dragon NaturallySpeaking and I am amazed how efficient it is, so now, hopefully, I will be able to take part in the forums again.

CountryYokel, I too am in the same boat as you, I have gone beyond stir crazy in these four walls, I was just now on Private messages speaking to someone special from the communtiy about my problems, just to get it of my chest, when I seen your post....I for one think you are awesome, its amazing how strong your honesty and integrity becomes when you fall prey to a dehibilitating illness, I mean I used to think I was quite an honest and strong person before, but now, since my illnesses it seems I value the simple things much more in life and believe a lot more strongly in the main principles that govern our lifestyles, like being a part of something for example, its a simple thing, yet sometimes so hard to achieve for people like us........so before I get all emotional, I would just like to say, I always thought you were a big part of the community, I often see your name here and there, but now I understand how much it takes out of you to do that, it makes me proud to be even remotely associated with you........so from one confined man to another, I salute you my friend, you're a very special person with an awesome family...cheers CountryYokel....Godbless and Godspeed my friend, may your illness one day be cured
