Dear Stardock Support,
I uninstalled today the IconPackager version 4.10.172 from my PC, which runs a Microsoft Vista Home OS.
After the uninstallation of IP and reboot, I found that most of the icons of important applications like Google Chrome, Impulse, Outlook, Explorer etc are converted to a White Blank Icon (an icon shown when there is an unknown program type or something).
Additionally, the shortcuts pointing to these applications are also Blank. This on the startbar, desktop, start menu etc...
So I started searching for a solution how to uninstall Iconpackager correctly, which I could not find. The only possible resolution is to reinstall Icon Packager from Impulse, then, startup Icon Packager and Apply the default Windows Icons. Only this brings me back all the icons belong to the applications, both on the shortcuts and the .exe files.
How can I solve this problem, so that I can uninstall Iconpackager correctly?
