Was it ever worth what greedy developers and real estate people put on it in recent times?
*rising real estate prices effectively put the average family out of the home buying market... then the banks jumped on the cash grab bandwagon with high interest rates and sent a lot of good, hard working people to the wall*
Then again,if the output was properly jetted through a correctly shaped "orifice" you could end up ON the moon in
the subsequent crater
