It's been 3 weeks,have you tried to update WB's since your last post?

I highly recommend you use RevoUninstaller,available free here
WWW LinkBack up any WindowBlind skins you may have,make sure you have aero applied then you should
uninstall WindowBlinds with revo set on max.Remove everything it tells you to,reboot,then disable your One Care,re-install WB's,reboot again and try running WB's again.Let us know how it goes,but I'm out of any other ideas at this point.
Also,if you haven't done so,please create a ticket with Stardock support.They can help you further,and can discuss account details and refunds with you.You should get an autoreply quickly,but it's Friday,so you may not hear from support until after the weekend.
