Check out this site, which has a list of questions for your particular development environment. They can be used by the interviewee or the interviewer as a way to get the job or narrow down the candidates.
In the end, hopefully it is your personality and abilites verse memorization that gets you the job, but it doesn't hurt to have these memorized or well known by someone. It is also a great memory tool or reference.
