My full OS build is: Windows 11 Pro 24H2, Build 26100.4652.
I have already tried a normal uninstall/reinstall (including reboots), but not the full "purge and reinstall" as described in your link. I will now perform those steps exactly as instructed (purge, reboot, latest installer, reinstall, reboot again) and report back here with the results.
