Can WindowBlinds skin sys32 apps?

Things like SndVol.exe (the sound mixer), the taskbar clock flyout, the volume flyout, etc. are not being skinned. Is there any way to get WindowBlinds to skin these things? My Windows version is Windows 11 22H2, build 22621.1848. My WindowBlinds version is WindowBlinds 11.02 (017 x64 - Windows 11 Edition) - 64 bit OS.

 

As you can see from these screenshots, these things are not being skinned.

As far as I know, WB doesn't skin sys32 apps. Don't remember it ever skinning them, tbh.

Those do not look like Windows 11.  What are you using to alter your OS?

Explorer Patcher restores the old taskbar flyouts, the files are still in Windows 11 but they just aren't used by default. I also have rounded corners disabled in the registry.
