I'm having the same issue: Win 11 on ARM. Brand new Windows install in Parallels 18 on Macbook Air M2, latest version of Fences (4.0.7.2)
Fences seem to work, but I get this error every time windows starts up, and runs fences.

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, Stardock Software such as Fences is not compatible with ARM base system.

I heard that Microsoft is planning on bringing out ARM based hardware! so it might be good thinking about it.
Most of Fences work, but there are a few issues.
No official announcement on it yet.
