I'm brand new to Stardock software, I only decided to start using WindowBlinds because a Windows 10 update broke AeroGlass8+ for me, and I'm tired of that happening. I'd read that WindowBlinds doesn't rely on the OS's own themes, so it isn't affected by updates to Win10.
I'm quite happy with WindowBlinds in general except for one thing: Under settings, there is an option to override the current style's taskbar & start menu, and there is a drop-down menu which allows me to select an alternative style. The problem is, I want to use the default style, and this option doesn't appear in the drop-down menu.
(For reference- I also use Open-Shell for my Start Menu, and StartIsBack for my taskbar, and I am quite happy with both of those).
I am currently using the 30-day free trial of WindowBlinds- I will activate it as soon as I get paid next, but I work freelance and jobs have been a little spotty during this quarantine.
Is there an option, after I activate WindowBlinds, to use the default style for the start menu & taskbar? If not, I don't really see much of an incentive to activate WindowBlinds.
Also for reference: I'm using Windows 10 Professional 64-bit.
Thanks.
