I have a few licenses on Start10 and have a question about transferring Start10 settings from 1 PC to another.
Scenario:
I have installed 1 version (desktop PC) and configured it exactly how I want it (colours, etc.)
Now, each next install I would like to have it exactly the same.
Right now, I have saved screenshots of each Start10 settings-panel and also the RGB colour codes.
(Used a tool to establish the RGB colour codes)
When setting up Start10 on VM or laptop I manually enter the codes and select the appropriate settings.
Suggestions:
1.display the colour codes in the setup
2.have a kind settings backup, I think there is none right now and maybe some matters are stored within the registry
It would be nice to have export of the GUI: colours and settings
and OPTIONALLY only(!) also the program settings.
(If one is setting up Start10 on a clean PC, then transferring Start Menu program items is not applicable)
Example: I want to transfer the Start10 settings to my laptop (with a just installed, clean, Windows, i.e. without any applications yet)
No idea whether this has been asked before, or is too complicated.
