What font does WinC use.....

.....for the bar at the top that says: store - Edit Account etc?

I am making a WMP skin that is based on the Ice Theme of WinC. With permission from the authors of course. So I was wondering two things: 1) Could I use this font please? 2) Could I get the name or maybe even the file from you guys if possible?
