Fences 3.03 on Win10 x64. I've created four fences, arranged down the RHS of the screen. For some reason, the uppermost fence has its title bar at the bottom of the fence, the other three have the title bar at the top, which is where I expect it to be. I can't see anything in the menu options for the fence or in the Customise Fences options to change the uppermost fence so that the title bar is at the top. Any suggestions?
