Stardock Closed for the Holidays

Stardock's offices will be closed in observance of the holiday season from December 19th until January 5th, 2015.

During this time there will be a delay in answering support tickets, so we ask for your patience during the holiday period.  While we will keep tabs on the tickets during the break, we will respond to them as quickly as possible upon our return.  

On behalf of the Stardock staff we wish you a happy holiday season and look forward to the new year!

Since I have new computers which are Windows 8.1, the Deskcapes do not work.  I installed a codec (Windows 8, Codec Pack 2.0.1) but as soon as I use IE, the screen goes black or the picture becomes stagnant.  Is there is a codec that I need, please help.  I love Deskcapes.

I'd send an email to support@stardock.com  . You'll get an auto reply, letting you know they got your email and you'll get a ticket number. DO NOT reply to this email. If you do, you will get sent to the back of the line.

 

That said, I have Windows 8.1 and DeskScapes works fine, no added codecs.
