Solutions for ask search toolbar?

I'm troubled with ask search toolbar, it is difficult to get rid of it, i also ask this for
help, someone give me a removal guide link, here it's But it requires to download sth, so can someone know whether it is reliable? , and my OS is windows 7, Please help!

Basically,it shouldn't that hard to remove as you would simply go to Control panel,then ran the "Add/Remove Programs" applet. Still,should problem persisted,Ask.com does provide its own removable tool: http://help.ask.com/link/portal/30015/30018/Article/1/How-do-I-remove-the-Ask-com-Toolbar
