Flash Settings Problem (SOLVED)

Anyone know how to fix this?

 

I get the following popup and it isn't clickable. It won't go away.

 

Help!!!

Tim, that makes the picture go away. I want the picture, I don't want the settings dialog. Duh.

try this next time, should work. You have to let them put cookies on you so that pages that have video will operate normally.
