What to do when you can't find your recently purchased game on the website?

Hello there

 

I'm pretty new to this forum. But I have a question. I have recently purchased Galactic Civilatization II:Ultimate Edition.

The problem is: I can not find it linked to my account, neither in stardock central.

I have filed a ticket with support about this. I have been waiting several days now and there is no reply from support yet.

Can someone please tell me what my options are? Because I have read I best should not push my ticket.

Where did you buy it? The Stardock online store?  Steam?  Gamestop?

You can post your ticket number here.  Just don't send in another ticket or it will send you to the end of the line.

Typically it's an issue due to different email addys used...between a purchase and a login...

I'll nudge support in this direction for you....though at the moment it's a bit late at the office...

Problem Solved.

Today I finally saw that they linked the game to my account.

Looks like the only thing I needed was patience, and a lot of it xp
