Stardock Closed for the Holidays

Stardock's offices will be closed in observance of the holiday season from December 19th until January 5th, 2015.

During this time there will be a delay in answering support tickets, so we ask for your patience during the holiday period.  While we will keep tabs on the tickets during the break, we will respond to them as quickly as possible upon our return.  

On behalf of the Stardock staff we wish you a happy holiday season and look forward to the new year!

Dear Support! Dec 30 2012 I have try to buy WindowFX 5 using my MasterCard. I’ve login at my account at stardock.com and enter my CC number and other information required. After short time, less than 1 minute,  I’ve receive SMS to my cell phone, that billing operation in the amount of $7.46 was successful. But I still   have not receive serial number to my email and in My Downloads list at my account WindowFX is not present. I kindly ask you to solve my trouble and send me a         serial number for WindowFX.
