Look in your email 'spam' and 'junk mail' folders.
Also, Support generally gets to help requests within 48-72 hrs... depending on the load of help requests.
Don't answer the 'auto-reply'. Keep it as it bears your ticket number. Wait until hearing from a real person before responding.
