Do you not reply to tickets within 24 hours? Or at least 2 days?

Thanks. I work as support myself, so found it a bit strange. But maybe you get hundreds of tickets per day...

I'm also waiting on a ticket that was started on Friday.  I haven't replied to anything.  Perhaps there's a glitch somewhere.
