So, 1 week later and 2 emails to support, and I am still waiting for someone to help me resolve my game issue. Is there a huge back log or something? I purchased a product I cant play and it is very annoying as I'm sure it would take maybe a minute to fix.
I haven't played my games in some time, maybe since late last year or beginning this year. I downloaded my titles and registered 2 of the Sins titles without problem, but when I try to register Diplomacy, I get an error the key is registered to another account. I tried 2 other accounts that I use to purchase games, but nothing. I've opened a ticket already - TRM-684-99109. Can someone please assist me to fix this issue on my account.
