There is a work-around in place.  And the dev is aware.

Thanks for the attention.

If that was the case, the company would have gone under a long time ago. Notice, no one else is posting same issue? May be system specific? Damn PITA!!! I know for a fact [speaking for myself], if there was an issue with a piece of software that lasted [as your has] for over a year, I'd uninstall and cut my losses. Just saying...

It would be redundant and pointless to keep posting/commenting about a bug that still exists once it has been reported, noted and acknowledged. If/when an update is issued that corrects it, I am certain it will be announced. And no, it isn't system specific. I "cut my losses" by removing Steam. I still use CFX and the work-around is not that big of an issue to deal with.

Support is real,  I do believe and so is the support forum, btw. I don't post in a fake.

jogalderman, I'd bet all I own that it's a Steam/game issue, and not a CursorFX problem. A large percentage of my games have the same problem. It's the nature of gaming graphics. You simply turn off CFX for the game. I think the game makers know this and it's why some games have their own cursors. (Guessing on that part.)

If that don't work for you, contact the game maker, or even Steam.

ummm its NOT steams fault, its just that cursor fx needs an compatibility update for steams vgui rendering interface

https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/VGUI_Documentation

and id recon that alot of steam users would love this update , thanks
