i have just bought IconPackager 5Quantity: 1 and i cant find it in impulse to install it.
any help would be appreciated.
When you open Impulse, did you use the same login info you used when you bought IP5?
Did you pay with Paypal? If so, there are problems therein.
i used a different email address to log into impulse as paypal is a different one
There are a few common things that can happen. First, double check your spam folder to make sure it didn't get flagged by accident. If it's not there, make sure you used the correct email address when you purchased it. A possibility is that under Impulse "VIEW" tab, you have the "Hide Non Installed Applications" option ticked. If so, uncheck it and see if that corrects the problem.
it was my email address that was the problem. i changed it so that its the same one i paid for and all is well again.

i accidently crashed my pc but re-installed from a back up which was before i had bought icon packager 5. also date on pc was wel out but only found out when i installed it again. i downloaded 3 icons and then it said i had reached my limit for some reason. do i need to uninstall then reinstall iconpackager 5 to get this to work ok, and if so, how to uninstall it?
