Roloccolor: You can use it but if your subscription has expired you won't be able to update the software.

Sometimes it's better to compromise on the celebrations for updated software.

I had a bit of a problem updating. After rebooting the activation screen came up for WB and I had to re-enter my key. Everything is fine now, but I just wanted you to know.

dang that's a fast refresh.

I'm working on a blind and do refresh (apply) regularly. I've had to do some additional refreshes as the frames didn't paint properly.

You should open a ticket at Stardock Support. Make a screenshot showing the problem and enclose it with your email. Then wait patiently because resending will put you at the back of the line each time you do.

wait patiently?  I don't know how this will be interpreted because at one time I was blocked for saying what I felt,  however, I must say that this entire program has alot of tweaking to do before new versions are released.

There is  constant upgrading to new and 'better'  however it doesn't seem as though the prior issues we speak of are taken care of before a new version is put on the market.  This entire software is very nice but when we as customers pay for a product and have constant issues only to be told "wait patiently" hmmm that for me is a big turn off !  If there is a huge demand for customer service (support issues), then why not add a few more bodies to assist the high demand ??  To have to wait 2-3 days for a response is just unacceptable (my opinion)

Remember, it's the customers that have made this company and not the company,,,,, Also think  before blocking someone because they speak what they feel, put yourself in the customer's situation and points of view/frustrations !

Thank you !!

it only effects the UIS2 frames and pp maximized caption, the pp non-maximized (restored?) are NOT effected. anyone taking notes here???

**add-on** tool window text leaves a ghost of itself also when this occurs.

I keep getting a "File downloaded is smaller than expected" error? (updating from 7.19[rc])  Gets to about 5MB then gives the error message.  Should I reinstall? (and would my skins be safe if I do?)

Put your skins in a different folder and rename it. Like a backup. Then  uninstall, re-install and your skins are ready and waiting to get back to work. Just save them to a different folder and put them back after your Windowblinds is up and running.
