Skins for Office 2003

Customize the UI and look of Office 2003 like a Windowblinds theme?

Is there any way to truly skin Office 2003? With Windowblinds you can change the look of menus. icons. fonts, etc. but can any of this be done with Office 2003? Even changing that gray document background (the one behind what you're working on) would be an awesome change.

This community has done amazing things for my desktop , now how about Office?
