Great to know what you are expecting this year. Christmas is a wonderful time of the year. Its a season where happiness,  peace, and kind feelings abound. It is also a time when everyone is thinking of new ideas for Christmas decorations for their home. I always enjoy putting up decorations for special occasions like Christmas without which i dont get the feel of the festival.

When it comes to ex's, aren't they all long, very weird stories?  

I guess they don't even have to be ex's.  Depending on what day of the week it is, or where in my pay cycle I happen to be in, I shake my head at how I came to be where I'm at.  I can't tell if being a little bipolar has been a boost for the marriage or a curse.  I get a little manic, and I think he's the greatest man in the world...then I come down and wonder why in the world I married the equivalent of a middle aged 14-year-old.

A Chritmas Story come true ?.....

sadly my wife was taken down with a double stroke 1 1/2 years ago ,givin 3 months to live

at the time - she is still with us today - due in part to my being by her side this whole time...

i took off work the past year to be with her and help her ..... sadly enough though this meant

no money coming in and pleanty (medical bills even with ins.) going out .... my wife had an income

but the State took it away for her care and gave to the hospital she's in now - I got behind in payments

to them before the state took her money and owe them allot ......... or so we thought untill this past

week - finally out of money i was going to have to go back to work and leave her alone for the time

gone ............ and then the STATE decides this week that the hospital can't have her money it's

belongs back with us - not only all checks moving forward but backdated it for 6 months - so that

the hospital now owes me the same amount that i owed them - so now the shoe is on the other

foot and i get to hound them now for money - ain't life grand ,sometimes?- so anyway with this

turn of events i can continue to stay with my wife to help her care and be off work awhile longer ,,amen  

That's awesome AzDude, and I'm glad you're getting something this Xmas..

Kinda reminds me of my relationship with the phone company, I had a bill of $1000, but when I threw my husband out, I had to declare bankrupcy, so the phone people cut me off for nearly a year, despite me pleading, begging them to put it back on.. and they should have anyway since I have a life threatening illness [Diabetes + am Internet dependant hehe] but they wouldn't.. NOW.. after me paying it ALL off, I was told that they owe it all back   because they ignored the bankrupcy notice and made me pay them hehehe.. irony.. isn't it so... ironic?

Actually bananas kept in the fridge turn brown, but that means nothing: they stay fresh and are just as delicious (esp. for munkeh man). Don't use the freezer unless you like banana popsicles (remember to skin them first and put the stick in).

I couldn't be happier for you, Mike...well, maybe if everything got better and she could come home. That'd be great. I want to tell you that your caring for her is a love story...I wish my late wife were alive...I'd care for her day and night...but also Mike, remember that you need a break too...and that doesn't mean you love her any less. I've seen how people break down after 24/7/365'ing it. Please know that you deserve to get away also...to recharge those Az batteries.
